Business Development & Operations Lead
Role overview
This role sits at the intersection of operations, growth, and partnerships. You will be responsible for building and managing relationships with customers, partners, and stakeholders while ensuring smooth business operations. You will work directly with leadership to drive new business opportunities, partnerships, and customer success initiatives.
Responsibilities
Business Operations
- Track key metrics related to growth, partnerships, and customer engagement
- Support strategic planning and operational scaling initiatives
Partnerships & Business Development
- Identify, outreach, and onboard new business partners
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with strategic partners
- Negotiate and structure partnership agreements
- Develop partnership programs to expand market reach
Customer Engagement
- Act as a primary point of contact for key customers and partners
- Lead customer onboarding and relationship management
- Gather feedback and translate it into product and business insights
- Ensure high customer satisfaction and retention
Qualifications
- 5+ years experience in business operations, partnerships, or business development
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proven ability to build and maintain relationships
- Experience working cross-functionally in fast-paced environments
- Analytical mindset with ability to translate insights into action
Nice to have
- Background in GRC, compliance, or cybersecurity
- Experience working with frameworks like SOC 2, ISO 27001, or enterprise customers
- Familiarity with SaaS, startups, or platform-based products
